I've found this cream very useful as a treatment for my 'difficult' skin including mild seborrehic dermatitis. Most importantly I found it caused absolutely no irritation to my skin while at the same time treating the underlying cause (thought to be Malassezia yeast).
It is both sufficiently thick to provide some barrier protection for the skin against the elements while also being sufficiently smooth, thin and colourless to be used on the scalp/hair if desired.
The active ingredient piroctone olamine is no doubt important for its effectiveness, but at times I wanted to moderate the effect. So I found it useful to alternate with Clever Soap's 'intensely moisturizing cream' in the blue-labelled range.
My overall, highly positive, impression of all the Clever Soap products that I've used is given under the associated green-labelled Face Wash.

The cream/gel is very light in texture and easy to apply post washing with the
Piroctone Olamine facial wash.

The cream is not sticky like other moisturising creams with no skin reaction as per other skin care products.

Love the gel consistency helps to maintain a flake free skin on my face you only need a little spread very good and sinks into the skin very well plus using it as an beard moisturiser as I have dry skin underneath my beard.
