I've found this cream very useful as a treatment for my 'difficult' skin including mild seborrehic dermatitis. Most importantly I found it caused absolutely no irritation to my skin while at the same time treating the underlying cause (thought to be Malassezia yeast).
It is both sufficiently thick to provide some barrier protection for the skin against the elements while also being sufficiently smooth, thin and colourless to be used on the scalp/hair if desired.
The active ingredient piroctone olamine is no doubt important for its effectiveness, but at times I wanted to moderate the effect. So I found it useful to alternate with Clever Soap's 'intensely moisturizing cream' in the blue-labelled range.
My overall, highly positive, impression of all the Clever Soap products that I've used is given under the associated green-labelled Face Wash.
